4) Mark areas and stuffs that are dangerous

Train your workers on how to identify and avoid such hazards.

5) Turn safety practice into a habit

Most accidents are result of trying to cut corners to save time and efforts. With checklist, a worker needs to do stuffs in a standard and safer way. When workers start to live by safety procedures, you can say the company is in safe hands.

6) Learn from mistakes

For all your safety efforts, few hazards might slip off your radar resulting in some accidents and near misses. Review and learn from such incidents. Identify root causes so that corrective action can be taken and future incidents can be prevented.
