I would like to divide the living room into two by installing a stud wall approx. 3.45m long, standard ceiling height, with a basic flush internal door supplied and fitted, no need for a doornob but a lock from inside so to make it look invisible from the outside.
Please provide a quote including:
Materials and labour for both the wall and door (I do not plan to source the door myself)
Finishing the wall and door ready for painting
Approximate time to complete the job
Your earliest availability
I would prefer materials that are environmentally friendly where possible (e.g. FSC-certified timber, recycled plasterboard, low-VOC finishes).
