Hi,
-Ceiling to be scraped and re-plastered and skimmed
-4 Walls to be plastered (sand/Cement), skimmed and painted
-The sand/cement plastering should be the whole shop inside not just damaged walls. So, take off current plaster and re plaster.
-If electrics/cables are damaged then this has to be redone when taking off current plaster.
-Rip out Remove floor tiles and step by front door. Approx 29sqm
- Remove the 2 plinths at front of shop
-The £30 sq. metre tiles you will purchase so add this to your estimate.
-Move all units - Move all units ready for levelling the floor ready to be tiled
-Self Level and tile Self level floor approx. 29sqm and then tile the floor.
-Drainage/gullies Run behind washing machines new 110mm pipe work with fittings for each machine for the waste and running water.
-Electrics Install 2 new commercial extractor fans, supply and fit at front of shop
-Plumbing of pipes to the boiler at the back. You can add this to quote. You will need a plumber for this. Boiler cost you can add to your quote £2k
