Hi, we need a quote for the following.
1. Removal of gallows brackets and replacing with steel beam for chimney stack
2. Some leadwork in various areas including chimneys and for dormer apron and window cover flashing to window
3. Ground floor has been raised above air bricks causing dampness, probably requires a simple solution with cutting away tiles from that area
4. Seals around most of the windows needs a bit of attention, maybe scraped out and renewed also seals around patio doors are missing
5. Timber Bressumer on a single bay window suffering from deflection, probably needs replacing or repairing
