I would like new flooring to be installed in both the kitchen and bathroom (please refer to images). I have not decided on which flooring yet and would like your recommendation. I am looking at heavy duty vinyl.

Measurements:
Kitchen: 370cm x 420cm
Bathroom: 150cm x 180cm

As part of this job I would need you to:

Pick up all necessary materials needed for the job - I will reimburse you when goods have been received and receipt has been given
Remove and dispose of the old flooring (as seen im the images)
Install the new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom (this includes the flooring itself and the sealant around the edges of the rooms)

I am looking for a VAT Limited company and unfortunately cannot hire sole traders due to the insurance claim which will be used to pay for this job. Before picking someone, I need the quote in written form in business headed paper. The written quote will need:

Fixed, all-inclusive quote - please do not send a daily rate or estimates
I will not pay for transportation fees so please bare this in mind (this includes parking fees, congestion charges or anything else like that).
I can arrange for a parking permit but I will need this reimbursed by you before the works begin. Please note, once a permit is purchased, the days of the work cannot be altered
A breakdown of all the work to be done and the materials needed
Separate costs for each material and part of the work
How long the price is valid for
