Looking for a person with some building renovation experience who can keep keys of my apartment in safe custody, provide access to my 2 levels of apartment as and when required with short notice to to various Tradesmen for site inspection first, then giving quotes. This will require frequent opening and closing of apartments right from site inspection to quotes to start of work by variety of Tradesmen till it’s completion. This renovation is for building everything new internally, only the external structure remains as it is. Would also require some level of supervision of the work being done by Tradesmen
