Door to terrace, adjoin two room, two walls to remove.
Two jobs about one week plus working time.
Firstly, I need a wall knocking through to insert a door to a terrace and replace an adjacent window. There will be a step where the wall has been knocked though as the terrace will be approximately 20cm higher than the floor of the room. The width of the back wall is 28cm so this can easily accommodate such a step neatly. Structural engineering plans available.
Secondly on the ground floor an internal wall, 5 meters by 3, needs to be removed, with 75cm stub at each end, and steel supports inserted to combine two adjacent rooms. Structural engineering drawing available.
