Office toilet - small refurbishment.
Required works:
- Remove 3 urinals and all associated pipework - first fix ready for close coupled WC.
- Remove stud wall onto which urinals are fixed.
- Supply and install new stud wall to form corridor to the original plan - built up to the existing MF ceiling - maximum height 2700mm.
- Supply and install new softwood timber skirting.
- Supply and install new close coupled WC in good white vitreous china with soft close lid and connect to water and waste services - second fix.
- Supply and install two cubicle - wall to wall - Cubicle Systems budget range.
- Tape & joint new stud walls - make good walls & decorate in a mist coat and two coats of trade white matt emulsion.
- Decorate softwood timber skirting & hollow-core ply door in a base coat and two topcoats white gloss.
- Seal windows (facing the fire escape stairs) and provide fire-rated ventilation fans, integrated above the panels above windows
